Our client is a leading provider of innovative HVAC optimization solutions. We’re seeking an experienced Account Executive with a hunter mentality to drive sales and grow their Texas customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to secure new customers
- Identify key contacts and build relationships
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
- Manage complex sales processes and close deals
- Utilize sales tools for planning and tracking
Requirements:
- 3+ years of executive-level sales experience
- 3+ years in HVAC, energy, or smart building industries
- “as a service” experience is a huge plus. SaaS, PaaS, EaaS
- Technical knowledge in related fields
- Strong communication and CRM skills
- Proven track record of successful sales
- Hunter mentality, self-driven with a customer-centric mindset
