Our client is a leading provider of innovative HVAC optimization solutions. We’re seeking an experienced Account Executive with a hunter mentality to drive sales and grow their Texas customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to secure new customers
  • Identify key contacts and build relationships
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Manage complex sales processes and close deals
  • Utilize sales tools for planning and tracking

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of executive-level sales experience
  • 3+ years in HVAC, energy, or smart building industries
  • “as a service” experience is a huge plus.  SaaS, PaaS, EaaS
  • Technical knowledge in related fields
  • Strong communication and CRM skills
  • Proven track record of successful sales
  • Hunter mentality, self-driven with a customer-centric mindset
