Who We Are
At SCI Energy, we provide intelligent search solutions to companies that develop cutting edge technology. With over ten years of experience recruiting for smart grid and connected building technology companies, we have in-depth expertise in the field, and an extensive network of top candidates to source from. We help businesses solve their hiring problems, working with department heads and executives to identify their specific hiring needs, what they value and how they work. Using this collaborative approach, we develop a customized project management plan for each business, with services including retained search, contingency search and large-scale global hiring initiatives.
Why SCI Energy
At SCI, we’re more than just a resume mill. We go deeper, building relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and company culture. The candidates we present are hand-picked based on their skill sets and personality. We stay engaged with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, managing each step from the candidate search through to the offer to ensure we fill positions with individuals who will thrive in the role.
Our personalized approach to recruiting allows us to serve as an extension of your company. The relationships we build with clients make us trusted advisors and some of our clients have worked with us for a decade or more. We also have our finger on the pulse of the smart grid space, leveraging our knowledge of the market to identify the talent our clients need, both now and as they grow and evolve in the future.
